After rebooting vCenter server you might get the following error: 503 Service Unavailable (Failed to connect to endpoint: [N7Vmacore4Http20NamedPipeServiceSpecE:0x000055ab84cd1d10] _serverNamespace = / action = Allow _pipeName =/var/run/vmware/vpxd-webserver-pipe).
I saw this error often reported on VMware VMTN and I had it also in my homelab. Most of the time all you have to do it’s just to wait for all the services to load and after that you’ll be able to logon in vCenter.
