VMware found that there are some issues with VMXNET3 network driver for Windows that was released with VMware Tools 10.3.0. It looks like it can cause PSOD or guest network connectivity loss.
If you already have installed VMware Tools 10.3.0 you need to uninstall and reinstall the 10.2.5 version, but only if you are running vSphere ESXi 6.5 hosts and your VM Hardware Version is 13.
